1413 Disznókö Tokaji- Bottle

Disznókő 1413 Tokaji (typically an Édes Szamorodni) is a rich, beautifully balanced Hungarian dessert wine. Named after the estate's historical 1413 land register, it blends late-harvest grapes with classic botrytized (noble rot) berries.

Color: Light to brilliant rich gold.Aroma: Intense bouquet of wild flowers, honey, and fresh or candied fruits (apricot, citrus, tropical notes) layered with hints of vanilla, almond, and woody spices.

Palate: Fresh, juicy, and medium-bodied with a luxurious texture. Features flavors of sweet nectarine, marmalade, and a delicate, signature "botrytis bitterness" that balances the sweetness on the finish.

Evolution: As it ages in the bottle, the crisp acidity gently softens, yielding deeper notes of dried fruits, blood orange, passion fruit coulis, and salted almonds.Food Pairings & Serving

Serving Temperature: Best served chilled (around 50° F to 54° F or 10° C to 12° C).

Pairings: An outstanding aperitif. It perfectly complements foie gras, blue cheese, fruit-based desserts, and slightly spicy Asian dishes or duck with fruit. It is also versatile enough to pair with seafood or chicken in creamy, lemon-butter sauces.

Arrowsmith Longbow Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - Bottle

This one is smooth, silky and dangerously drinkable. It delivers lush, dark-berry fruit with a little spice, and lingering dark chocolate on the palate. Tannins are gentle, acidity is in perfect balance, and it can be either enjoyed on its own or with food. Again, we recommend serving it with the rich tomato-based sauces of Italian food, but for maximum indulgence try it with dessert, pairing it with dark chocolate truffles.

Broadbent Madeira Rainwater- Bottle

Broadbent Rainwater Medium-dry Madeira Tinta Negra - Portugal

A light, toffee-scented bouquet with hints of crème brûlée. Notes of marzipan, raisin and fresh fig, sweet and spicy on the entry. It is understated at first with smoked walnut, nougat, cumin and Chinese 5-spice and it builds gently towards a harmonious, beautifully balanced finish with traces of red chilies, dried honey and walnuts. We holidayed in the island of Madeira where we first tasted the delights of this wine and we highly recommend it. It is different from other sweet wines, it’s warming yet fresh with lots of lovely almonds!

Domaine Dozon Chinon Clos du Saut au Loup - Bottle

Domaine Dozon is located south of Chinon, on the left bank of the Vienne. Originally a traditional livestock and produce farm, they turned to viticulture with the acquisition of the 14 ha Clos du Saut au Loup in the early 20th century. Eric Santier, a Chinon native, purchased the Domaine in 2013 from Laure Dozon, with help from the esteemed Baudry family, for whom he had worked. Some of the older, less desirable barrels were discarded, replaced with fiberglass tanks and Santier now seeks to make more pure and fresh expressions of wine from his village. This is clean, mindful traditional winemaking at its best

Vibrant purple color. Traditional notes of plum, raspberries and blackberries abound. Ripe tannins and attractive herbal notes underscore the abundant fruitiness of the Cabernet Franc. The long, full-flavored finish makes this wine most enjoyable with roast meats and savory game dishes.
