Arrowsmith Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - Bottle

This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the celebrated Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA. It's the warmest part of this region and produces Cabs of exceptional quality. It has the rich fruit of classic Cabernet Sauvignon, with dark berry notes, and a little black cherry. Acidity is balanced and tannins are gentle and well integrated. The wine has a lot in common with French wines from Bordeaux, but with the typical Californian flair that Rick brings to all his winemaking. It can be enjoyed now through 2030. Delicious!
